First off, I want to thank you so much if you’re reading this right now. This is my very first blog! My name is Kathy N., and I’ve been a pharmacist for going on 22 years now. I’ve worked mainly in community pharmacy, with some experience in compounding pharmacy as well.

Sooo, is my blog going to be about health and pharmacy stuff? Sometimes maybe. Actually, I started this blog for my little obsession with beauty products, cute stuff, and tennis…hah! (ᵕ—ᴗ—)

After reaching my 40’s, I realized that I really needed to take my health and skincare a little more seriously. Gone are the “young” genes that kept me healthy and energetic. Nowadays, it definitely takes more effort and accountability on my part so I can keep up with my kids…and life in general! I figure, why not write about my journey and finds – maybe it could help someone else!
